CEO/Founder of Beahan's Heat and Air
Rod was stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base in the late 70s when he met his soul mate, Pat. They got married and traveled around the world until 1994 when he retired to this beautiful area. He then decided to pursue his passion for fixing things by attending HVAC school at Top P. Haney Technical Center right here in Lynn Haven. Finally, in April of 2015, he opened his own company; Beahan’s Heat and Air. Now servicing all of Bay County. He saw the need for better, more honest, and reliable techs and based this company on doing just that.

Pat is a Panama City native. She grew up here in the 70s and 80s. She met her true love here when Rod was stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base. They only knew each other for 2 months before they tied the knot. They are still going strong 39 years later with three kids and 8 grandchildren. She works behind the scenes at Beahan’s Heat and Air, ensuring everyone and everything is running to the tee. She is one of the cornerstones of this company!
Revah Beahan Perez
Revah graduated from Mosley High School in 2008, and went on to pursue a career in Childcare. She ultimately decided that that career wasn’t for her and went on to work for the family business, and couldn’t be happier. She has been with the company since the opening in April of 2015. She devotes her time to her family and work. She is a valuable asset here at Beahan’s Heat and Air.
Digital Marketing Manager
Chris has been active duty military for the past 16 years. Between his and his father’s service, he has lived in 6 countries and visited at least 10 more. In 2013 he completed his BBA from Jones International University with a focus on Leading the Customer Driven Organization while graduating Magna Cum Laude. Then, in 2018, Chris went on to complete his MBA through Trident University International with a concentration in Marketing and graduated Cum Laude. Eager to use his scholarly knowledge, he has led the charge on the digital battlefield for Beahan’s Heat and Air from the beginning. When he isn’t working on search engine optimization or writing a new blog post, Chris enjoys his spare time by woodworking, hunting, and fishing.
